We are O2’s digital strategy and design partner. Our focus is to support O2’s mission to empower customers with services they need, want and will love. Throughout our close collaboration since 2016, we have elevated the role of design across the business in service of this ambition.
Like O2, everything we do is centred around understanding consumer needs, grounding all of our work in insight and continually stress-testing our ideas as we design, iterate and deliver.
This approach has produced a number of significant and ongoing web workstreams including a redesign of the O2 Business site and complete reimagining O2’s online shop. O2 have now held the title of Telco website of the year for 5 years and counting.
Our user first philosophy has also extended to refining O2’s brand across other digital experiences with improved accessibility and better useability making for some truly breakthrough engagement pieces.
Our varied work also includes supporting all digital activations and experiences for O2’s campaign promotions, including O2’s mascot Bubl interacting live with people as they walk by outdoor digital screens and sponsorship and partnership innovations — like energising fan support for the England rugby team by leveraging social media platforms.
We’ve also engineered a design system from the dynamic UI toolkits we created for the My O2 and O2 Shop design projects. Dubbed Oxygen, this design system has become a single source of truth for all app and online work — and has served as the foundation for O2’s entire digital transformation programme. O2 Accelerate, the business’ biggest and latest platform overhaul to date is now on its way (watch this space right here).
