We’ve been trusted to help redefine Kia UK’s digital strategy to align more closely with their future-focused ambitions. 

Working in true partnership, Bernadette and Kia have transcended the typical agency/client working relationship — with our embedded teams positioned on-site to act as a natural extension of Kia’s own digital and brand teams. Our work covers strategy, analytics, CRO and web design, and has resulted in some pioneering applications across the business.

These include:

  • Enhanced showroom experiences, trialling new digital tools and experiments including Digital Sale Aids for dealers and interactive screens.

  • Supercharged CRO for test drive bookings that have been designed to cross sell offer opportunities, through better content and  journey orchestration.

  • Overhauling the way Kia promote vehicle offers to better support a customers shopping experience,  increasing leads by 50% to drive customers closer to purchase.

Other key strategic focuses have included supporting Kia’s ambition to lead the charge in the UK on vehicle electrification. A bold vision for the future that called for a similarly bold design approach.
