We have been working with Cadbury on experience design and innovation since 2018, bringing the brand promise of ‘Generosity’ to life across the digital ecosystem.
This ideal has coloured all of our strategic and creative thinking. And, by leveraging emerging technologies, we’ve extended Cadbury’s brand equity beyond their conventional comms channels — into charity collaborations, seasonal digital activations, launch campaigns and creative e-commerce. We’re firmly moving brand and campaign engagement beyond just storytelling, into storydoing. This has encouraged us to move into exciting new territories, culminating in industry first ideas that have all successfully broken through into the public domain.
We also helped Cadbury shine a light on loneliness, and get the nation talking to older generations through a ‘Donate your words’ Facebook Messenger bot. It gave people practical tips on how to donate their words in the real world, and provide access to Age UK volunteers.
And, for Twirl Orange, our idea was simple. And, it just happened to be a world first. A presale for a 69p chocolate bar that generated so much buzz, it trended worldwide with 9.5m Tweet impressions and sold out within 5 minutes.
Our partnership with Cadbury means we’ve been able to keep exploring new ways to take those big (or little) meaningful moments and transform them into memorable consumer experiences that last.
