We worked with the nation’s favourite chocolate brand on an epic promotion that perfectly embodies the Cadbury spirit of generosity, by giving shoppers the chance to win big… for someone else!

With thousands of cash prizes from £50 all the way up to a grand prize of £250,000, the Cadbury Giveaway Give Away was an incredible prize that you’ll never win, as lucky shoppers will get the opportunity to convert their generosity into actions, by winning prizes for anyone but themselves and gifting their winnings to someone special. The unique mechanic was the real enticing factor to draw consumers in.

To be in with a chance, all shoppers had to do was buy a participating bar, scan the competition QR code and visit the GaGA website. After simply filling in a few details, the easy and streamlined web experience tells players would find out if they’d won and then nominate a friend or loved one to receive their cash amount instead. This cause a surge in footfall throughout the UK as well as a generosity. This is the only competition you’ll be so proud to not win!
