Bernadette and Acquia to hold joint event

Following the award of Emerging Partner of the Year 2023, Bernadette is further cementing its partnership with Acquia hosting a joint event on the 12th February 2025 in London asking the question “Can digital experience and technology drive customer and brand value?”

As we step into 2025, we find ourselves at a crossroads. AI and data are transforming industries, streamlining operations, and optimising business processes—but at what cost? While companies reap the benefits of automation and efficiency, is the brand experience evolving too, or have we forgotten customers? Is AI enhancing the emotional connection between brands and people, or is it simply making businesses run better?

The challenge is an interesting one: how do we innovate with purpose - can we create brands that are not only smarter, scalable and more efficient but also more human, more resonant, and more valuable to the people that engage with them?

Join us for an evening of thought-provoking presentations and discussion that explore the new relationship between brand, technology, and user experience. The last year has seen more focus than ever in AI and systems, conversational interfaces, bots and gamification across web and app. All with the same goal to make smart experiences people love.

Before joining Acquia, Jennifer held CMO positions at Brightcove, Alfresco Software (acquired by Hyland), Software AG, Workhuman (formerly Globoforce), Avid Technology, and Progress Software. She has also held senior European marketing roles at Microsoft, PeopleSoft, and Information Builders.
